Shipping Policy

We will normally use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.

We will ship by either regular, ground service which would normally take between 3 to 5 business days or expedited service which would normally take between 2 to 3 business days.

We will inform you of the shipping price and expected time frame once you make your shipping choice during the check out process.

Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight together with the shipping service and time that you select. You will see the price when you check out and select your shipping option.

Every effort will be made to promptly process and ship orders and it will usually occur within two days for cards and five days for prints. However, if we are traveling, orders may take longer and we will post this information on the Web site.

We will make every attempt to make sure that your order arrives well-packed and in good condition when it arrives at your destination. However, if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at + 206-363-7784 and also contact the shipper. We will work with you and the shipper to make to right for you!

We may from time to time change our pricing for shipping and handling and this information will be clearly posted on the Web site.

Return/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please return the product within thirty days for a full refund. Please provide contact information that will allow us to reach you during the day should we have any questions on how to best process your refund and to make shipping arrangements.
